Common and Uncommon Pokemon TCG VIntage Binder
Given my affection for the Pokemon franchise, the Pokemon TCG had always been a huge part of my childhood — it was a hobby that I spent a lot on, what little birthday and Christmas money I had, it went to buying pre-constructed theme decks and booster packs. Nevertheless, no regrets here, and I’m happy to have kept my very modest collection intact, whether or not these pieces of cardboard carry with it any real-world value.
Now that I’ve decided to part ways with my collection, here’s a video of my nine-pocket binder featuring common and uncommon cards from the Wizards of the Coast (WotC) era of the Pokemon TCG.

Why Place common and uncommon cards in a binder?
While this collection of ungraded or raw common and uncommon Pokemon TCG cards have no real heavyweights in the secondary market, I’ve always had them kept in this nine-pocket binder, because for some reason, I also found it fun to constantly organize, arrange, and rearrange my cards like some sort of archivist. It was also easier to look for and showcase specific cards in a binder, versus having them stored in a tin can or randomly dumped in a shoebox.
For what it’s worth, this video of the big binder will serve as an archive of what the complete collection looked like before the website’s official launch and cards are sold. So, here’s to hoping that some of these cards find new homes, and are purchased by collectors who actually want to own cards of their favorite Pokemon, or PTCG trainers looking to build old school decks without using proxy copies.
Enjoy!
